How does cat eye nail polish work?

Steps:

1. Apply a base coat and cure.

2. Apply a layer of cat eye polish (don’t cure yet).

3. Hold the nail art magnet above the nail for 10–15 seconds.

4. Once the pattern appears, cure under a UV/LED lamp.

5. Finish with a top coat and cure again.
